The author has a MacBook Air, and: "I have a cable to plug it into a VGA projector. I will also bring a USB drive as a backup plan." She plans to show a powerpoint. She also would like to use the podium & microphone in Disco.
We will arrive to set up at 9am. The assembly begins at 9:35am and is over by 11am.
